Refund Policy for Classes and Camps

Class Cancellation by Organizer:

If a class is canceled by the organizer or instructor, students will receive a full refund of all fees paid.

Weather-Related Cancellations:
If a class is canceled due to inclement weather, the amount paid will be applied to the rescheduled class date. If the student is unable to attend the rescheduled date, they may request credit toward another class.

Student Cancellations:
If a student cancels their registration more than 48 hours before the scheduled class, they will receive credit toward another class of equal value. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class are not eligible for credit or refund.

No-Shows:
Students who do not attend a class and do not provide notice are not eligible for a refund or credit.
