The Innovation Center at Saratoga will:

  • Provide the equipment inventors and creators need to prototype their projects
  • Provide business skills and education for everyone from the napkin stage to looking for investor funding
  • Support independent work and self-employment
  • Provide STEAM educational opportunities to schools, community groups, and individuals

OUR MISSION

The Innovation Center at Saratoga, Inc. is a makerspace and community collaboration space supporting inventors, creators, and the innovators of the future.

Makerspace

The makerspace, a shared resource of equipment and talent, is the foundation upon which all other features of the Innovation Center are created. This space is open to anyone to join as a member, purchase a day pass, or rent their own creative pods. Whether working on a personal project or professional development, a makerspace is a great starting spot. Learn more about our facility

Rapid Prototyping & Business Collaboration

The Innovation Center at Saratoga is bringing support for start-ups and entrepreneurs to Saratoga County. We have the equipment necessary to help with prototyping your invention and the support to help you bring that first spark of an idea to market.

Artist Gallery & Business Support

The creative economy is growing, and our founders know from over 20 years of working with creatives, that they need all the support they can get to market themselves and grow as business people as well as creatives.

Community Collaboration

The heart of a makerspace is its community and the collaboration among members. We are available for small groups to work on projects. We will also work with other community organizations or equipment sharing agreements or discounts for their members. Just contact us for more information.  Community groups, individual artists looking for a networking community, and entrepreneurs looking for support are all welcome here.

Community Education

The Innovation Center at Saratoga’s course offerings will set it apart. Our classes will teach everything from basic concepts needed by artists and entrepreneurs to more advanced classes covering skills as well as growing your business. Our space lends itself well to:

  • Business growth and planning seminars for entrepreneurs and artists
  • Shark Tank-like programs and facilities to help hone presentation skills
  • Scout badge programs
  • Homeschool programs
  • School STEAM programs
  • Summer camps, specifically focusing on STEAM education for middle and high school students
  • After school programs
